✦ The First Steps
A few years ago, I was job hunting, trying to find something I genuinely enjoyed. Then it hit me—why not create something myself? With little more than a passion for real estate, I jumped into the London property market.
Starting from scratch wasn’t easy. There were plenty of long days and challenges, but over time, things started to come together. Now, most of our clients find us through word of mouth, which means the world to me. Knowing that people trust us enough to recommend us is something I’ll never take for granted.
I’ve grown to love what I do, especially because I keep learning and improving every day. One of the things I’m most proud of is the impact we’ve had on London’s rental market. Years ago, I saw how much of people’s income was swallowed up by rent, and I knew there had to be a better way. That’s why, over a decade ago, we started offering house shares—an idea that wasn’t very common among homeowners back then. Encouraging people to give it a shot paid off, and it’s helped so many renters save money.
Today, I’m grateful to help people find good homes in London and to support homeowners in making the best choices for their properties. Looking back, I’m so glad I took the leap.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, it’s that sometimes you have to create your own opportunities. If you have an idea that feels a little unconventional, go for it—you never know where it might take you. And most importantly, enjoy the ride.
